About us

CJM Transport Training & Consultancy Ltd was founded in August 2013, commencing trading in November 2013, by Jeff Marsh and his wife Charmaine and prides itself on the provision of first-class training to its clientèle of fleet transport operators. Some of those operators may be deemed as industry leaders and include the organisations located on the testimonial pages of this site.

Jeff is a great advocate in the training and developing of one’s staff in order to gain a competitive edge, and, to cite one of his favourite quotes – His philosophy of investing in your staff reaping dividends in what is an extremely competitive transport industry whether one considers the Haulage and logistics or the passenger sector.
